You may begin with any of the three packages. Each includes the Practitioner foundation and the same evidence-based Practitioner certification requirements. Choose one package per order because the resources overlap.

From understanding to workplace application
Study how Takt Time, Standardized Work Sequence, and Standard Work-In-Process establish a defined operating condition. Practise the methods, apply the relevant forms and analysis tools, and develop evidence through a real workplace process.
The Practitioner Project brings those activities together. Certification review considers your ability to apply the methods, explain your reasoning, verify results, and support sustainment.
